Hallo, Coba telnet dari luar LAN ke exchange server pada port 110 untuk memastikan port tsb tidak diblokir oleh firewall anda atau ISP anda. Kalau banner exchange nongol berarti linenya OK, selanjutnya mungkin masalahnya di exchange.
Kalau sebelumnya nggak melakukan perubahan apa2 coba restart aja dulu exchangenya.
