IT Executive
Reports to the Centre Manager
To assist in monitoring network performance of leased lines, Internet and
broadband type of connections and take pro-active action in case of any
problem.
To support network and system administration as well as install, implement
and upgrade hardware and software applications.
To assist in maintaining, supporting and enhancing existing IT application
systems.
Responsible for simple reports customization.
To assist in the preparation of documents, user manual, system installation
guides, presentation or conference materials, etc.
To conceptualize, design, develop and implement Plazas intranet web site.
Responsible for simple maintenance (coding uploading and downloading ) of
Plazas corporate web site.
To provide consultation on IT related matters for in-house clients.
To assist in providing technical advise and assistance to Plaza Group as
well as in-house clients, which includes system and network administration and
deployment, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, database, etc.
To devise and implement test plans for third parties applications software.
To involve in the IT development project.
To assist in conducting training to end users.
To co-operate and work in a team towards development, implementation,
maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in
continual improvement activities.
To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
