waaah... pertanyaannya kurang spesifik mas... jarak 15 km itu LOS (Line of Sight) atau ngga? dalam artian lokasinya apakah semuanya bisa terlihat (tanpa terhalang gedung, pohon, gunung dsb. kalo ternyata LOS, bisa pake teknologi wireless 2,4 GHz atau mungkin 5,8 GHz. Kalau misalnya ngga LOS, bisa pake infrastruktur FO, SDSL, ADSL, VDSL.
