klo saya sih...bila mau efektif n tanpa instal program macam2 (cuman sayangnya manual) buka aja file "host" yg berlokasi di C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc trus edit make notepad dan masukan smua port lis yahoo disitu... bisa jg buat ngeblok web or url tertentu,klo di taruh di server hal smacam itu bisa nahan user ngakses mll proxy,tunnel dlsbnya...:D silahkan dicoba,ini trik saya ketahui dr virus brontok yg ngeblok web2 tertentu dan di catatkan di file "host" tersebut...
