* ADSL * Broadband * Wireless * Satelite Mengenai cara instalasinya, (berhubung yg saya tau cuma ADSL aja, coba jawab instalasi ADSL aja ya, mungkin rekan yg lain mau membantu?) : * Siapkan Modem ADSL * Siapkan line telp yg sudah synchronize dengan ADSL (silahkan hub telkom mengenai ini) * Colokkan line telp ke modem ADSL, dan colokkan RJ 45 ke dalam modem ADSl * ADSL siap digunakan Kalo mau lebih mudah lagi, suruh aja orang technical support dari ISP yg masangin Mengenai Benefit dibandngkan dengan Dial Up : * Jelas lebih cepet internetnya dibadingkan dengan dial up yg notabene lemot * Jelas lebih murah * Waktu Akses unlimited (tergantung jenis layanannya) * Kualitas internet jauh lebih baik (tidak sering putus dibading dial up) Itu aja. Walau drop CBN berani kasih garansi speed yg kita dapat minimal 128 Kbps. Saya pakai ADSL Trial Unlimited 384 Kbps. Sudah jalan seminggu ini lancar2 aja. CBN tdk memakai sistem CIR 1:3 misalnya. CBN memakai garansi bahwa bandwidth yg kita dapat, selambat-lambatnya yaitu 128 Kbps. Klo dibagi dgn angka 8, kita akan dapat speed untuk download via FlashGet (download manager) sebesar 16 Kbps. Coba bandingkan dgn kecepatan download via dial-up yg paling besar sekitar 3 Kbps. Saya masih dlm trial 2 mingguan, sepertinya kita akan memakai CBN. Dlm sehari pernah sich nge-lag (lambat), tapi gak parah2 banget kaya Speedy atau Astinet. Selama masa trial pakai ADSL Unlimited CBN 384 Kbps saya merasa puas. ADSL ini di-sharing ke 30 org user, masih lancar2 saja sampai saat ini. Klo Mas Denis mau memakai Centrin silahkan saja, klo nanti klo udah lewat dari sebulan atau triwulan sering banget nge-lag, pindah saja ke CBN. Banyak teman saya koq di company-nya pakai CBN dan merasa puas dgn layanan dan kecepatan akses ADSL CBN ini.
