Tes ya tergantung kebijakan HRD masing2, Pak.
Ada perusahaan yg mulai dari psikotes, trs tes teori secara general, trs tes
praktek tentang spesifik pekerjaan yg akan ditangani. Kalo untuk programmer,
biasanya suruh bikin script sederhana, or somethin' like that lah.

Nah.. artinya bisa jadi ada beberapa tes kan. Tapi ada juga yg malah gak
pake tes sama sekali, kaya di perusahaan saya, huehehe...

Yang saya posting itu adalah step2 general proses penerimaan karyawan secara
umum, bukan buat omnesnya :)

Back to omnes, semenjak kondisi mereka agak turun kayaknya gak pernah (baca:
jarang) ambil karyawan tetap. Dan untuk karyawan kontrak umumnya akan
dikontrak atas nama rekanan mereka.

Strategi kaya gitu juga udah umum kok. Gak cuma omnes, agit, hp, dan
perusahaan lain juga begitu. Jadi 'ngakunya' orang omnes/hp/agit, tapi
sebenernya surat kontrak kerja + slip gaji bisa jadi dari perusahaan laen :)
