Saya sih cuma pake ff + adblock extension. Untuk site yg ada flash-nya, tinggal buka adblock lalu cari file .swf Copy link, paste di download manager, got it :)
Simple tapi mungkin kurang efisien emang :D Atau pake 3rd party software buat liat "cache browser" baik ie maupun ff. Tinggal cari file2 flash yg pernah dibuka, lalu copy-paste ke lokasi lain. BTW barusan search, ternyata ada juga extension ff buat liat cache, cuma blm pernah coba gimana hasilnya.
