Hi Mas Wono.. Di safe mode, Desktop (klik kanan)kamu masuk ke display. Di Setting, masuk ke Advance. Pilih monitor setting, Kamu ganti refresh-rate nya ke yang lebih rendah(pakai 60 Hertz saja) Saya mengalami ini di 3 PC ,dan saya lakukan hal yang sama.
