1.         Knowledge of monitoring tool such as Open View and HyPercom View
is advantage 

2.         IT Skill is mandatory with good oral and written communication
skills 

3.         Pleasant telephone communication skills and excellent customer
service skill 

4.         Advance with office product (MS Outlook, Excel & MS Word) 

5.         Willingness to learn new technologies and application quickly 

6.         Able to work on minimum supervision 

7.         Willing to work with shift schedule
