Guys, Minta tolong nih...
Setelah install Windows XP Service Pack 2 di seluruh komputer customer saya, fax sharingnya tidak bisa beroperasi lagi. Padahal sebelumnya dengan Win XP SP1, Win Fax Pro dapat beroperasi dengan sempurna, setiap komputer bisa fax 'out'. Pesan errornya adalah RPC is unavailable. Kemudian saya menjalankan instruksi solusi dari Symantec, http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/faxprod.nsf/docid/2004071911425704?OpenDocument&tpre=us&csm=no&src=con_web_nam, dan install patch winfaxpro 10.0.4 tetap tidak bisa namun dengan error yang berbeda yaitu Access is Denied.
