Sebelum di defrag, mungkin lebih baik di Disk Cleaner dulu, supaya file-file sampah dibuang. Saya secara berkala, sedikitnya sebulan sekali selalu men Disk Cleaner dan Disk Defragmenter.
Periksa juga, program yang di startup dan buang yang tidak perlu, karena akan memperlambat proses. Untuk masuk ke Startup, Start, Run, ketikkan msconfig & OK, maka akan muncul menu System Configuration Utility, klik tab Startup dan lihat program apa saja yang dicentang. Hilangkan tanda centang untuk program yang tidak diketahui jelas untuk apa.
