PBX middle end - high end bisa dikontrol dengan menggunakan CSTA.
Dengan menggunakan protokol CSTA ini sebuah PBX bisa dikontrol dengan
software. Contohnya fungsi call control,switching, routing.
semua call bisa dimonitor lewat CSTA ini, jadi dimungkinkan untuk
men-disconnect call tsb setelah 3menit, etc.
kalau pakai pansonic TDA 200 bisa saya bantu.
