anda bisa membangun web server sendiri jika mempunyai static connection internet seperti ADSL dll. tinggal Install IIS 5.0 kemudian assign IP Public(202.xxx.xxx.xxx) anda di TCP/IP Komputer tersebut, jangan lupa Gateway dan DSN Providernya di sesuaikan.
