menu mail merge wizard ada beberapa step.ke (1) anda harus pilih dokument yang
mau di mail merge, (2) anda menentukkan type dokumennya,(3) membuat buku
identitas (address books)= nama, alamat, kota dll, (4)memasukkan identitas (yg
sudah dibuat di menu ke (3) dan membuat kata2 salam (5)menyesuaikan / diatur
print outnya (6)mengedit dokumen (7)mengcreate mailmerge per individu (bisa
diedit). (8) menyimpan / mencetak / mengirim dokumen
salam
