XP Profesional, kayaknya udah ada fitur remote assistance juga. kalau remote desktop ketika kita login di komputer client, maka hanya kelihatan layar login, sedangkan kalau pakai remote assistance bisa share monitor.. jadi bisa sambil di pandu by phone.
