Business Process - Six Sigma (Black Belt) Key Responsibilities: This role works with the sub-region's leadership team to identify performance improvement opportunities, for example growth in revenues/market share, customer sat, image improvement, etc. You lead and mentors project teams to build and execute Six Sigma projects to capture the improvements and deliver breakthrough results. For that purpose, you would interact actively with every function leader within the organization. Other specific services include doing Three-Year Planning, Annual Planning, Market Intelligence, Six Sigma Process Engineering and Employee Readiness (training). Key Requirements: It is highly preferred that you hold Master Black Belt or alternatively hold a position as a Senior Business Management Consultant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and ability to work with people cross levels and cross nations is a requisite.
