Special Requirement PC hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge. Experience using many kind of OS such as Windows (98, NT, 2K, XP, 2K3, etc), UNIX/Linux (Redhat 8 & 9, Fedora Core, CentOS, etc). Experience using and configuring Cisco Router and Switch (preferred) handling for Routing, BGP, Security Firewall, and Filtering, VLAN, VPN, OSPF, RIP, SNMP. Experience configure, setting and troubleshoot Server application such as Email (webmail, Sendmail, Qmail, Postfix, etc), web (Apache), Proxy (Squid), DNS (Bind), Database (MySQL), etc. Experience using NMS such as MRTG, NetView, etc. Doing Report and Documentation for all troubleshooting log. **************************************************** IT SUPPORT Job Requirement: Male/Female, Single, Max, 22 years old.
