Dear Christanto,

Mudah kok, kalo anda takut ke blok firewall ato tidak tau port mana 
saja yang dibutuhkan aplikasi-aplikasi tuk normally jalan dan tidak di 
blok firewall, lebih baik anda install dulu semua aplikasi yang 
diinginkan setelah itu baru kerio-nya diinstall kemudian..
nanti firewall akan memberikan konfirmasi [ biasanya automatic 
konfirmasi, apakah port ini mau diblok, apakah port itu mau diblok ]..
nah tinggal anda pinter2x deh mempelajari port yang dibutuhkan..

biasanya tuk webserver, port 80, dan port 3306 tuk mysql dibuka alias 
allow permission.. tp ingat loh tuk port 3306 jangan diberikan akses 
secara remote yah..
