To archive MS Outlook data:
>From the File
menu, select Archive.
Select the Archive this folder and all subfolders radio button.
From the Archive items older than drop-down list, select a date.
The data older than the date you select (within the selected folder and
subfolders) will
be archived.
Using the Browse button, select the path and name of your archive file
(archive.pst
Note the location of the archive file. You may need to access this
information again.
Click OK.
Outlook archives the data you selected. You can track the progress of
this process in
the lower-right corner of the window.
You can open the archive file by selecting File | Open | Personal Folders
File(.pst) and navigating to the archive file..
