Cartridge HP nya ori atau refill? Kalu refill an mending dicoba diganti pake ori dulu. Udah coba hardreset juga pak bhayu?? kalo memang masih ga bisa lebih baik dikirimkan ke service kemungkinan besar stang head/sensornya atau bisa juga cleaner tank ink or yang paling parah mekaniknya ada yang harus diganti
