mungkin Power Suplly Lemah atau kena virus bisa jadi sich
coba aja dolo masuk lewat safe mode tekan F8 masuk lewat Safe mode
kalo memang bisa masuk yah masih bisa selamat deh tuh kompiee
tapi mang kalo masih ngerestart
yah alamat install ulang deh
