Kalau ADSL corporate baru ada CIR, kalau personal ga ada. CIR tergantung paket yg diambil. Kalo speedy hitunganya per STO, kalau STOnya sedikit pelanggan speedy wah untung tuh, bisa sampai 200kbps stabil, kalo penuh ya terima nasib.
