I just hired a web designer for a Continental fine dining restaurant in Bali. The web designer has to make a web site in 4 languages : English - Bahasa Indonesia - French - Germany. He has to know about the "resort" lifestyle and a fine dining business jargon, and his credibility should be good with a solid reviewed portfolio since we will make the deal remotely. Need to be an experienced folks? Of course. Does he have to be a permanent employee? Of course not, I am running a restaurant not a web designer shop.
