Sebagai informasi di jayapura benar-benar ada freehotspot yang benar-benar
free. ini disediakan di pantai (lupa namanya) oleh dinas yang mengelola sistem
informasi prov. papua. hotspot ini bener-bener gratis buat masyarakat tanpa ada
tendensi.

Bukannya jaim, boleh dibilang ga ada freehotspot kecuali utk keperluan
tertentu seperti di kampus, cafe dll.
Itupun hanya utk internal use (kalo public use minimal harus beli
makanan/minuman di cafe) seperti di beberapa cafe di Jaksel (PIM2,
Plasa Semanggi)
