PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESC
Job Responsibility :
Quickly gain knowledge of the projects that are performed.
Be responsible for deadlines.
Supervise and motivate employees.
Verify status of assigned activities.
Plan activities and assign them to employees.
Requirement :
Minimum 3 years in IT Project Management.
Having strong software development (coding in C/C++ and/or Java)
knowledge and experience.
Familiar with software development life cycle.
Ability to analyze project.
Good organizational & time management skill.
Excellent in leadership & problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Good communication, strong presentation and project management skills.
Having knowledge on issuing and acquiring banking terminal is a big
plus (EMV, ISO8583, smartcard).
Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
General Requirement :
Minimum Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or Computer
Science.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both
Indonesian and English would be an advantage.
