bisa dicoba pak:
masuk ke control panel -> administrative tool -> service.
muncul list service yang jalan, cari automatic update, stop terus di
disable. biasanya, nanati akan muncul warning windows security yg
protes koq automatic update nya dimatikan di pojok kanan bawah desktop.
mematikan automatic update sih kata M$ tidak disarankan, soale kalau
ada patch jadi tidak dapet. tapi, orang M$ kan tidak mikirin bandwidth
internet di indo yang kembang kempis :)
