mungkin masalhnya bukan di pc yg di kampus,,itu masalahnya ada di internet server yg mau anda download,,tapi kl di coba di tempat lain bisa,,berarti internet di campus di batasin pemakaianya,,,berhubungan dgn kuota kbps yg di pk oleh kampus tersebut,,mungkin dia tidak unlimited,,jd kl melebihi kuota ,,pihak kampus akan menambah beban pemakaian kbps ke ISP langganan mereka,,ok
