saya pernah dapet kasus sprt ini, solusi yg dilakukan : masuk ke folder option-file types lihat extension yang ppt trus di advance-bagian actions pilih yg OPEN trus klik tombol edit ... samakan settingnya dengan yang extension xls note : klo yg ppt dibuka dgn powerpoint, yg xls dibuka dengan excell (tinggal browse ke program files)
