Mas, Jangan disamakan IPOD dengan merk CREATIVE. IPOD adalah IPOD, IPOD itu adalah merk yang dikeluarkan oleh APPLE. Tidak ada yang namanya IPOD CREATIVE. Itu salah, jadi tolong diluruskan kembali permasalahan merk yang ada di kepala Anda.
Sangatlah tepat apabila Anda menyebutkan CREATIVE ZEN itu adalah MP3 Player bukanlah dengan sebutan Ipod Creative. Kenapa Anda tidak membawa Creative Zen Anda ketempat dimana Anda pertama kali membeli? Ada kemungkinan akan dibantu memperbaiki, lebih bagus lagi kalau masih dalam masa garansi. Sekali lagi tolong diperhatikan permasalahan merk ya?
