Mas Sapto Itu tandanya password tidak memenuhi standart aturan yang ada pada windows tersebut. Jadi bukan masalah login dengan administrator atau hal2 lainnya.
Untuk merubah settingnya ikuti langkah2 berikut 1. run>>>gpedit.msc>>>enter 2. liat di computer configuration>>>windows setting>>>security setting>>account policies>>>password policy. nah semua setting untuk password bisa diliat di sana.
