[ITCENTER] ga bs kirim gmbr .gif

Dear rekan milis,

mo tanya nih, maklum msh baru dan ga ngerti gmn caranya..
mgkn ada yg bisa bantu saya..
masalahnya saya ga bs kirim gambar yang bisa gerak (.gif).
email itu slalu balik lg ke saya sbg "Mail Delivery System"

pesan errornya :

    a potentially executable attachment "123.gif"
    This form of attachment has been used by
    recent viruses or other malware.
    If you meant to send this file then please
    package it up as a zip file and resend it.

knp ya?? masalah ini muncul stlh diinstal antivirus yg baru. 
tp saya udah coba matiin antivirusnya, hasilnya ga ngaruh!
tetep ga bisa kirim...

tolong di bantu ya..
