Rekan2, Saya punya server lama HP proliant ML150 (Windows Server 2003 Std) dgn HD SCSI 5 buah kapasitas 34GB, tiba2 kemarin pagi mendadak salah satu HD tsb (bukan system) failed & saya coba utk remove dari tray-nya lalu dimasukkan lg & reactive volume beberapa kali tetapi failed. Berikut error yg timbul dilihat dari event viewer ;
