Develop Country IT goals in alignment with International IT, Asia Pacific IT and Country goals. 2. Plan and manage IT yearly budget in alignment with Asia Pacific IT budget. 3. Be a member of Country Leadership Team. 4. Set local policy and comply with global policy on information technology usage to conform overall company operations. 5. Set local standard and comply with global standard on IT / computer hardware, software, networking, etc. 6. Supervise the development of local and Asia Pacific application / software or the acquisition from outside suppliers to ensure the users¢ requirement and IT standard. 7. Acquire new technology on computer to improve company operation. 8. Provide knowledge on computer and its application to users within the company. Personal attributes (Describe the person)
Need to be able to work with staff at all levels across the region and possess excellent interpersonal skills to gain their trust and cooperation. Need to be able to work independently with minimum supervision and take total responsibility and accountability for all tasks assigned from start to finish. High leadership and analytical skills is essential. Consider business overall when making decisions (business acumen). Strong communication skill both in writing and verbal. Ability to handle high volume work in a dynamic environment. qualification Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or related field. At least 10+ years experience in IT infrastructure design/management and application implementation. Strong managerial skill. Exposure in multi-national firms would be an advantage. Good command of English both in speaking and writing. An attractive remuneration including expatriation package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidates.
