kalau ada tulisan "xxx is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".. itu artinya PATH yg digunakan oleh command prompt belum me-refer ke directory di mana file xxx berada. Kalau di Windows XP, telnet itu adanya di C:\windows\system32, dgn asumsi bahwa C: adalah drive windows anda. Di command prompt, coba ketik PATH, maka anda akan menemukan daftar directory mana saja yg sudah di-refer oleh command prompt.
Untuk menambahkan directory tertentu, coba ke control panel -> system properties -> tab advanced -> environment variables. Nah di situ ada variabel namanya PATH, ada 2 jenis yaitu PATH untuk setiap user dan PATH utk SYSTEM secara keseluruhan (multi-user), anda bisa pilih yg mana saja tergantung kebutuhan, lalu tambahkan alamat directory yg mau di-refer, kalau C:\windows\system32 biasanya ditulis dengan "%SystemRoot%\system32", atau tuliskan langsung C:|WINDOWS\system32 juga gapapa... 2008/10/21 Asep Saefudin / C&O, CGK <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Dear Teman-teman IT, > > Mohon bantuannya donk tiba2 saja command prompt aku bermasalah.
