itu pernah jg kejadian ma aku. kalu di upgrade/instal ulang ga bisa bener. itu dah rusak registrinya. Sebabnya dah kena worm/virus. cara ngatasinya ya di instal ulang OSnya, terus sebelum di instal YM (dan aplikasi2), pasangin antivirus (minimal AVG yang di update tiap hari). Itu Pasti beres masalahnya.
