fyi, untuk laptop banyak cara pak, dan tidak semua nya bisa di reset menggunakan software. Tergantung teknologi yang dipakai untuk simpan oleh mereka. Trend nya sekarang pakai eeprom di campur dengan encryption. Btw untuk software hati2x, kalau salah bisa delete data bios biasanya yang software akan coba delete address 80h /81h (correct me if wrong) nah tidak semua teknologi notebook semua di taruh disitu. Bisa jadi malah fail notebooknya seperti customer saya ibm x41 malah jadi tidak bisa masuk notebook sama sekali. Advice saya urusan beginian serahkan aj ahlinya, biar tidak beresiko. Kalau pc fail motherboard murah < 1jt. Kalau notebook motherboard mahal lho bisa lebih dari 2jt.
