Technical Support
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology discipline
0 to 1 year experience as Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
Knowledge and capabilities in software/hardware instalation & networking (LAN
& WAN) as well as maintenance & troubleshooting
Experience with server operating system (Windows Server, LINUX)
Capability to improve customer's existing IT system & infrastructure
Knowledge in Cisco networking and products will be an advantage
Additional skills :
Fast learner and like exploring new technologies
Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, proactive, creative, and result
oriented
Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure with minimum
supervision
