mencari beberapa calon karyawan dengan kriteria sbb:

1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Code: GD)

With the following qualification:
a. S1 degree (majoring in Visual Communications)
b. At least 2 years as Graphic Designer in ADVERTISING COMPANY/design agencies 
/ multimedia companies and self motivated
c. Computer literate (MAC)
d. Creative, fast learner, Proactive, patient, ready for challenges, 
detail-oriented, Good communication skill
e. Excellence experience with Adobe Flash with actionscript: fireworks / 
illustrator / Photoshop
f. Deep knowledge design concept (layout, typhography, color)
g. Knowledge html5 / css/ jquery is an advantage
h. Active in social media (Fb and Twitter)

2.  SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (Code: SMP)

Key responsibilities:
a. Manage social media properties (facebook, youtube, twitter, etc ): daily 
monitoring, posting, and content development
b. Moderate forums and chats
c. Initiate conversations through forums, facebook, twitter and postings
d. Coordinate and implement social media marketing communication projects with 
responsibilities that include social media advertising,  and creating brand 
awareness online

Requirements:
a. Familiar with standard marketing concepts, practices and procedures
b. Strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing
b. English language capability and a minimum of diploma/degree level of study
c. Has strong writing skills, social and creative
d. Familiar with blogging, and active on at least one social media profile.
e. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
f. Creative, fast learner, Proactive, patient, ready for challenges, 
detail-oriented, Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and team 
lead/player
g. Active in social media (Fb and Twitter)

3. PR OFFICER (Code: PRO) :

Responsibilities:
1. Communications strategy and implementation
a. Support superior(s) in developing communications plan and activities for 
retainer and project assignments
b. Start developing program concept and implementation specs/details
c. Handle and follow-up implementation action
d. Ensure quality and punctuality of deliverable

2. Account handling
a. Support superior(s) in maintaining effective client-agency communications 
and services
b. Provide qualified and accurate response to clients' requirements, needs and 
questions
c. Take responsive actions to clients' needs in timely manner
d. Develop strong, solid capability in and understanding of clients' business 
and industry
e. Monitor and follow-up financial matters such as quotes, invoicing, and 
payment

3. Media relations
a. Develop new contacts
b. Maintain and update current contacts
c. Explore niche and/or opportunities for news and angles
d. Cultivate long-term relationship with media contacts

4. Event management
a. Help superior(s) in preparing event plan, requirements, and budget
b. Handle third-party selection and briefings
c. Follow-up progress and delivery
d. Ensure quality and punctuality of deliverable
e. Coordinate with event team, monitor actions
f. Support superior(s) in conducting the event on d-day
g. Prepare solutions for trouble-shooting incidents

5. Report
a. Compile and summarize clips, data, and information for daily, weekly, 
monthly and project reports
b. Provide data compilation and tabulation
c. Produce final report and copies
d. Ensure delivery to client(s) and provide copy for company's file

Requirements:
a. S1 degree (majoring in Communication or Public Relations) from reputable 
university
b. At least 2 years as PR Officer in PR Agency or client side
c. Computer literate
d. Creative, fast learner, Proactive, patient, ready for challenges, 
detail-oriented, Good communication skill
e. English proficiency is a must
f. Active in social media (Fb and Twitter)
