Salah url domain nya mas, kali... Sebelum di lihat via web, boleh jadi di cek
ping via command, kalo reply berarti bisa, dan kalo masih belum bisa juga,
tanya it support mereka, apakah port untuk akses web di hidupkan apa di matikan
? Biasanya mereka mengaturnya di proxy server..

teman2 yg pinter,
mohon pencerahannya dong.
saya membuatkan website utk sebuah company.
masalahnya: website tsb tdk bisa diakses dari komputer mereka.
errornya "Address not found"
koneksinya mereka mencoba gunakan Smart dan IM2.
padahal saya gunakan Smart di rumah saya, saya bisa mengaksesnya.
teman lain yg gunakan Speedy juga bisa mengaksesnya.
saya coba tanyakan ke pihak hosting. mereka bilang bahwa di tempat mereka
website tsb bisa diakses, jadi tdk ada masalah.
kalau gunakan website tracker juga 80-90% ok:
www.host-tracker.com
www.just-ping.com
klien saya ini mulai komplain.
mohon bantuannya ya.
