Senior Java Programmer
Job Responsibilities:
Work as a small project team leader during end to
end system life cycle development of major projects.Responsible for the
development of major
components or modules of application by provide expert level
programming.Contribute to all aspects of the product
development process, from systems architecture analysis, design,
development or enhancement, integration, release and
maintenance.Participate in the decision making process
regarding to the selection, customization and support of the array of
software engineering tools used by the engineering group; i.e. version
control, change management, knowledge repository, C/C++, JAVA, UML, .NET
modeling, etc.Assist with process, data and object modeling in
a variety of application and database environments.Create quality source
code, document code and
procedures thoroughly as prescribed by the engineering
standards.Accurately report project status to senior
project team members and ensure the project deliverables and
timelines.Lead junior software engineers and review the
quality of their design and implementation.It's highly possible to be
assigned to our sister
companies in the other countries than Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
Have degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Information Technology or the other faculty related to IT.Have more than 5
years of working experience in
JAVA development and have experience in struts, JSP,EJB,JDBC
(desirable).Have experience in web logic/web sphere platform.Have experience in
Database & Scripting
(Oracle-PL/SQL,MS SQL-TSPL).Able to use common development tools such a
compliers, debuggers, profiling tools-and source control system as
prescribed by the engineering standards.Able to work well under pressure
and tight
deadlines.Good communication (verbal and written) in
English fluently.Have leadership, technical and consultative
skills
