1. *Qualifications & Requirements*
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies, with min. GPA 2.75
- Max. age 30 year-old
- +3 years working experience as System Analyst
- Has experience in programming and hardware/network installation &
troubleshooting
- Must have experience and excellent skill in .Net, Crystal Report and
SQL
- Good understanding of OOP
- Good knowledge in ERP system would be an added advantage
- This position requires somebody who is creative, possess good time
management, has sound analytical problem solving, good teamwork and
communication skill.
*IT STAFF*
1. *Duties & Responsibilities*
- Menerima helpdesk call dari user internal
- Terjun langsung membantu penyelesaian permasalahan software & hardware
yang dihadapi user internal
- Memberikan dukungan terhadap operasional lingkungan sistem IT agar
dapat berjalan dengan baik
1. *Qualifications & Requirements*
- Pria, 22 - 28 tahun
- Berorientasi pada pelayanan terhadap user internal
- Antusias dalam mengembangkan skill dan knowledge yang baru
- Mahir troubleshooting PC, Server, dan Device Hardware lainnya
- Memahami konsep networking
- Berkemampuan reporting, perencanaan dan manajemen yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai helpdesk / technical support minimal 1
tahun
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor
