Technical & Customer Support Engineer, kerja-nya support remotely by
Phone! makanya disebut Technical and Customer Support Engineer.
Membutuhkan sekitar 4-8 orang Customer Support Engineer, salah
satu-nya menjadi Supervisor yg nantinya akan menghandle Escalasi, etc.

He/she must have a strong knowledge, skill and experience of hardware,
Windows Operating System, Mobile Technology and Social Media Network.
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
FLUENCY in English both verbal and written is MUST (MANDATORY).
Have a basic-intermediate knowledge and skills in troubleshoot on
computer hardware, internet, network peripherals.
Familiar with Mobile Technology (such as. Blackberry, I phone, etc.)
and Social Media Network (such as. Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and other
applications.
Experience in Windows Operating System (XP, Vista & Win7).
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal
with people from all levels professionally.
Good analytical thinking and client-oriented person, ability to work
effectively, be proactive and a self-motivated team player with a
"can-do" attitude.
Technical/Customer Support experience is preferred.

aja, lebih kearah GLOBAL CUSTOMERS.
Bocoran Gaji, katanya HR up to 5 Juta Rupiah. Untuk Supervisor level
up to 7-9 Juta. (Tentu Supervisor yg punya pengalaman
Technical/Customer Support Team Leader/Supervisor)
MAAF BANGET, TOLONG buat yg belum Fluency in English diharapkan jangan
berharap dipanggil oleh HR, bukan karena pilih kasih atau gaji kecil
tapi minta-nya macem2, tapi itu kebetulan kebutuhan dan kemampuan dari
client-nya juga...
Buat yg lain, please jangan ngebahas masalah GAJI ini kecil dll, terus
terang aku kurang suka kalo ada orang posting Vacancy trus gaji
dibahas2, InshaAllah semua orang punya rejeki masing2, sudah diatur
