Qualifications:
 Maximum age is 35 years old
 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related major
 At least 4 years solid experience in Helpdesk and end user
support
 Ability to lead the team
 Mature, assertive, can handle any under pressure situation
 Ability to communicate end users
 Ability to Defines policies and procedures for troubleshooting
for Help Desk staff.
 Performs through daily reviews and uses of monitoring systems,
tracks service levels and takes necessary steps to assure acceptable levels of
service.
