Untuk tenaga teknisi (non Staf), biasanya mereka menggunakan jasa beberapa
perusahaan outsourcing, tapi tentunya mereka tidak boleh mengatakan dari HRD
PTFI, setelah bekerja beberapa lama dan mengikuti beberapa training di QMS PTFI
baru mereka bisa diangkat menjadi karyawan PTFI.
Itu yang sekedar saya tahu lho ...

mas Mulki, menurut pandangan mata saya astra adalah perusahaan yang
besar, bahkan bisa jadi setara atau lebih besar dari freeport, jika
yang mas Mulki maksudkan dengan

dan rasanya saya tidak menyebutkan bahwa astra atau freeport atau
apapun perusahaannya wajib untuk mem-publish ke khalayak ramai bahwa
mereka menggunakan email gratisan sebagai layanan untuk menampung
email dari para pencari kerja.
yang terbayang di pikiran saya adalah bagaimana dengan teman2 lain
yang memiliki harapan besar ingin bekerja di tempat yang besar seperti
mas Mulki tidak terburu2 mengirimkan CV-nya hanya karena lowongan yang
di posting menggunakan nama perusahaan besar seperti freeport atau
astra tetapi kemudian ternyata mereka ditipu atau data2 mereka
digunakan dengan tidak semestinya.
alangkah baiknya jika kita sedikit berhati2, bahkan jika kita tetap
ber husnudzon, ke hati2an tidak ada salahnya bukan?
dan disisi lain, jika perusahaan besar seperti astra atau freeport
mem-posting lowongan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan email formal
perusahaanya, tentu saja peluang mereka untuk menerima email CV dari
para pencari kerja yang berkualitas akan lebih banyak.
kalau di ibaratkan jika ingin memancing ikan yang besar gunakanlah
umpan yang besar pula.
tapi ya ini terserah kepada kebijakan perusahaan masing2, tidak ada
yang mewajibkan mereka untuk menggunakan email formal kok.
