U need to know where is the problem first. Try this step to check the passbook : 1. press power button + start 1 (on the left side) in the same time. 2. release the power but keep press start 1 and release after 5-10 second. 3. after the printer show number 00 insert paper and press start 2 (on the right side). 4. if the printer working normally its will print manual print message. 5. try to print test page from computer, if its does not work u may need to replace LPT cable. 6. your passbook it ok and the problem is on your LPT cable.
