barangkali di setting BIOS board nya sudah di-reserve alamat COM2, sehingga yang muncul COM 5 dan 6 dan itu tidak masalah. coba disable saja alamat COM2 dari BIOS setting nya, moga2 bisa muncul COM2, tetapi harus uninstall dan install ulang driver IO card-nya.
