We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and very creative graphic design, IT,
marketing and architecture with highly creative, capable of thinking `outside
the box' and a great team player, educated to a degree level or with relevant
experience within the industry.
Graphic Design requirements:
Assist with production of art work and pages that are focused on being both
commercial and usable, while being attractive and friendly for the target
communities
This may include designing magazine, website, posters and e-magazine
Come up with contemporary, fresh and new ideas and visualize these ideas
Bring to life our crazy ideas therefore excellent knowledge of photoshop,
illustrator, inDesign and flash is absolutely crucial
Be multi-skilled and be able to juggle different responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of print and Digital Imaging is an advantage
Architecture requirements:
A 'can do' proactive approach to Architecture and Regeneration.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge of technical aspects of building trades and crafts
PC Literate with knowledge of AutoCAD, MS applications e.g. Word, Excel
Ensure the management of the allocated Project to achieve the project
deliverables within the agreed Time, Quality and financial objectives without
prejudicing the business group legal, regulatory, contractual and staff
development obligations.
Achieve agreed performance targets for the project
IT requirements:
Website Management - to plan, design and maintain the company website overall
IT networking infrastructure in line with business needs
Procurement of server, network equipments, etc
Installation, implementation and day-to-day management/ support of all
computer systems
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System,
Engineering, Science or its equivalent related disciplines.
Preferably candidates with minimum 1 year working experience in IT.
Knowledge & experience in LINUX/WINDOWS & RDBMS database such as MySQL, MSSQL
is an added advantage
Good experience in Project Management, vendors or outsource management.
Marketing requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in marketing or
related field.
Candidates with at least 1 - 2 years related working experience with good
working attitude will also be considered.
Should have strong interpersonal, communication skills.
Need to possess good negotiation and presentation skills.
Indonesia and English speaking candidates preferred.
An independent self starter with good discipline.
Pleasant disposition, multi-tasking and willing to travel as required.
