Bisa lbh spesifik, merk + tipe notebook-nya apa, os yg dipake apa, pake sp berapa, saat restart ini menjalankan program apa, saat dipakai atau saat pas ditinggal, pake charger atau baterai, kondisi baterai bagaimana, langsung restart atau ada BSOD / tampilan tertentu, setelah loading os selesai setelah restart apakah ada pesan tertentu? Syukur lagi ada laporan suhu rata2 saat pemakaian standard an suhu saat mendekati restart.
