Kalau mau free tapi zero downtime, bisa pakai OpenVZ.
Virtual servernya bukan file-raksasa, tapi cuman struktur direktori biasa :)
Kalau mau dikopi / di-rsync ya sikat aja seperti biasa.
Anggap aja server betulan, bukan virtual :)
