mau tanya tetang linux para pakar yg paham dengan linux terutama grub di linux.
saya instal di laptop dualboot WIN 7 dan Linux Mint14, nah setelah selesai di
intall semua pilihan OS linux ga ada, grubnya ilang gtu
jadi cuma ada win 7 nya saja, saya udah coba kembaliin grubnya lewat cdlive
linux nya tapi belum berhasil.malah error.
ini contohnya:
$ mount /dev/sda6 /mnt
$ grub-install --root-directory=/mnt/ /dev/sda
grub-probe: error: failed to get canonical path of /COW.
/usr/sbin/grub-bios-setup: warning: this LDM has no Embedding Perttion:
embedding won't be possible.
/usr/sbin/grub-bios-setup: warning: Embedding is not possible. GRUB can only be

/usr/sbin/grub-bios-setup:error : will not proceed with blocklists.
bagi rekan yg pernah mengalamiuya atau tau gimana cara mengatasinya..mohon
